Crock Pot Cream Cheese Chicken Chile

Richness of cream cheese is added to a delicious and creamy crock pot chicken chili that is cooked to perfection. Ideal for a simple and cozy dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 can corn kernels, drained

  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles

  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot


Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper over the chicken


Pour chicken broth over the ingredients


Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender


About 30 minutes before serving, shred the chicken using two forks and return it to the crock pot


In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese with a ladle of hot liquid from the crock pot until smooth


Stir the cream cheese mixture into the crock pot until well combined


Season with salt and pepper to taste


Continue cooking for an additional 30 minutes, allowing the cream cheese to melt and the flavors to meld


Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro

Add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips without added sugar to the batter and stir

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers for topping

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C


Put graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl and mix them together


Stir the crumbs around until the butter and sugar are spread out evenly


You can line a muffin tin with cupcake liners


To make the crust, press a spoonful of the graham cracker mix into the bottom of each cup


Put the crusts in an oven that is already hot for 5 minutes to set


Take the muffin tin out of the oven and put semisweet chocolate chips on top of the crust in each cup

Topsy Turvey Mickey Cake Cupcakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of your favorite cupcake mix

  • Eggs, oil, and water as per mix instructions

  • Black icing gel

  • Red icing gel

  • White fondant

  • Yellow fondant

  • Black fondant

  • Toothpicks

Instructions:

Warm your oven up to the temperature written on the box of cupcake mix


Follow the directions on the mix to make the cupcake batter


Use cupcake liners to line a cupcake pan


Fill up each liner about two-thirds of the way to the top with cupcake batter


Follow the directions on the box for how long to bake the cupcakes or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean


On a wire rack, let the cupcakes cool all the way down


Take out some white fondant and roll it out


Then, cut out Mickey Mouse ears


For every cupcake, you'll need two ears


Cut out the shape of Mickey Mouse shoes from yellow fondant that you rolled out


Each cupcake will need two shoes


Take black fondant and roll it out

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces of naan bread

  • 1 cup pizza sauce

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives

  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers

  • 1/2 cup sliced red onions

  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni or other desired toppings

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet or dark

Instructions:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt


In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy


Add the vanilla extract and eggs to the large bowl, one at a time, mixing well after each addition


Gradually add the dry ingredients from the medium bowl to the wet ingredients in the large bowl


Mix until well combined


Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the cookie dough
