Naan Pizza

Naan Pizza is a quick and easy way to make pizza at home that tastes different. Using naan bread as the crust makes it easy to make for dinner during the week. Add your favorite toppings to make it your own and enjoy a filling meal.

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces of naan bread

  • 1 cup pizza sauce

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives

  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers

  • 1/2 cup sliced red onions

  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni or other desired toppings

  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

  • Olive oil for drizzling

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Turn on your oven and heat it up to 425F 220C


Put the naan bread on a baking sheet


Use a lot of pizza sauce to cover each piece of naan bread


Cover the sauce with a thin layer of mozzarella cheese


Add black olives, bell peppers, red onions, mushrooms, and any other toppings you like


Put a little olive oil on top and add salt and pepper to taste


Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown


Take it out of the oven and add fresh basil leaves on top


Cut it up and serve it hot

These Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites are a quick and easy way to satisfy your cookie cravings. They come out perfectly golden and gooey on the inside.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

Mix the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together in a bowl until everything is well mixed


Mix the egg and vanilla extract into the mix until it is smooth and creamy


Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a different bowl


Mix the dry ingredients in slowly with the wet ones until you get cookie dough


The chocolate chips should be carefully mixed in


Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 350F 175C


Scoop out cookie dough about the size of a tablespoon and roll it into balls


Lay them out on a tray lined with parchment paper


Don't cram too many cookie dough balls into the air fryer basket; leave some space between them


In an air fryer set to 350F 175C, cook the cookie bites for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the outside is golden brown and the inside is still a little soft


Take them out of the air fryer and let them cool down for a few minutes

Marshmallow Cereal Treat Caramel Apples

A delicious variation on classic caramel apples are these Marshmallow Cereal Treat Caramel Apples. The crunchy and sweet texture of the marshmallow coating and crispy rice cereal complements the gooey caramel to perfection. They're a tasty and entertaining treat for kids and adults alike!

Ingredients:

  • 4 large apples

  • 1/2 cup butter

  • 1 package 10 oz marshmallows

  • 6 cups crispy rice cereal

  • 1 cup caramel candies

  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • Wooden sticks for skewering

Instructions:

Thoroughly wash and pat dry the apples


Take off the stems from each apple and place a wooden stick through the top of it


Put them away


Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat


When the marshmallows are fully melted and well combined, add them and stir


After taking the pot off of the burner, quickly stir in the crispy rice cereal until the marshmallow mixture coats it evenly

Topsy Turvey Mickey Cake Cupcakes

These adorable cupcakes are inspired by the Topsy Turvey Mickey Cake and are perfect for Disney-themed parties or celebrations. They feature Mickey Mouse's iconic ears, shoes, and red shorts, making them a delightful treat for Disney fans of all ages.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of your favorite cupcake mix

  • Eggs, oil, and water as per mix instructions

  • Black icing gel

  • Red icing gel

  • White fondant

  • Yellow fondant

  • Black fondant

  • Toothpicks

Instructions:

Warm your oven up to the temperature written on the box of cupcake mix


Follow the directions on the mix to make the cupcake batter


Use cupcake liners to line a cupcake pan


Fill up each liner about two-thirds of the way to the top with cupcake batter


Follow the directions on the box for how long to bake the cupcakes or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean


On a wire rack, let the cupcakes cool all the way down


Take out some white fondant and roll it out


Then, cut out Mickey Mouse ears

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet or dark

Instructions:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt


In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy


Add the vanilla extract and eggs to the large bowl, one at a time, mixing well after each addition


Gradually add the dry ingredients from the medium bowl to the wet ingredients in the large bowl


Mix until well combined
